GFN has been running Indonesian infrastructure for 16+ years. We're a small, hands-on technical team, not a call center reading from a script, and we're always looking for people who'd rather solve a problem than escalate it.
You won't be one of a thousand engineers on a shift roster. GFN's team is small enough that your work is visible, and senior enough that you'll learn fast.
Real servers, real incidents, not a simulated training environment.
Our newest data center under construction in Bandung, an expanding NOC footprint.
Your suggestions reach decision-makers directly, no five layers of management.
Three cities, roles across NOC, sysadmin, and on-site technical work.
No portal, no bot reading your CV first. A real person on our HR team reviews every application.
Send it to hrd@qwords.co.id with the subject line "Careers — [Role Name]".
Our HR team reviews your CV against the role you applied for.
You'll receive a link to complete a set of online tests.
A few different tests, covering technical skill, work behavior, and logical reasoning.
Send your CV to hrd@qwords.co.id with the subject line "Careers — [Role Name]". Our HR team screens every application, and if you pass, you'll receive a link for online tests covering skill, behavioral, and logic assessments.
Most technical roles are based in Jakarta, Bandung, or Yogyakarta due to the hands-on nature of NOC and infrastructure work. Some support or administrative roles may allow hybrid arrangements, ask when you apply.
GFN regularly looks for NOC engineers, system administrators, network engineers, technical support staff, and Professional Services technicians.
If you don't see a specific listing, send your CV anyway. GFN keeps applications on file and reaches out when a fitting role opens.
If your CV passes screening, you'll get a link to a few different online tests: a skill test related to the role, a behavioral test, and a logic test. All done online before any interview.
We read every application ourselves.
