Migrating Server from Outside Goldenfast to Goldenfast

Server Migration between accounts at Goldenfast.net

Conditions to be met:

  1. There are no unpaid Invoice in the previous account
  2. Create new account at client.goldenfast.net
  3. Make a request to our billing team, from both accounts (old account and new account)
  4. Our billing team will bill for extensions of services transferred in accordance with the terms of the contract and billing to the new account.
  5. Pay the expense of server renewal of the new account in accordance with the terms of the contract.
  6. Fill in the following statement (softcopy of stamped and signature results sent to payment@goldenfast.net or to support ticket using new account)

If the customer does not make a payment for renewal of the Server of the new account under the terms of the contract, within 14 days of the transfer, it will be refunded back to the old account.

If there is a claim concerning the transfer process then the GFN is released from all claims, and all claims will be borne by the party requesting this transfer

Special Case:

If Current Account holder dies:

  1. Include a death certificate and also a power of attorney from the heirs.
  2. Include proof of cooperation, or evidence related to the purchase of a Server service
  3. The Goldenfast.net team will verify for 14 business days
  4. The Goldenfast.net team (if approving the move) will charge the service renewal fee in advance to the new user.
    After the new user pays, then the movement can be done.

If Current Account Holder Resign (Corporate only):

  1. Include proof of cooperation, or evidence related to the purchase of a hosting service
  2. Already created a new Account and Include a copy of the identity card / new account owner
  3. Creating a letter Requesting an account move, an example can be downloaded HERE
  4. Include evidence such as: SIUP, TDP, NPWP, and also employment contract, or letter of resignation.
